​性格や人間性は別として、彼女にするなら、絶世の美女なのか優しい笑顔の女性なのか、あなたはどちらを選びますか？

​価格や店の雰囲気を度外視して、ボリュームのあるスタミナ食か、見た目に美味しそうな料理なのか、あなたならどちらを選びますか？

少し極端な例を述べましたが、どちらかを選ぶことで何か重大なことが決まり、あなたにとって良い結果が生まれるとしたら、あなたは迷いに迷うことでしょうね。

このことは物事を決めて効果を生み出す方法を探ることに酷似しています。

特に専門分野ではなく、ましてその道のプロでもないあなたが、そんな大役を担わされたら、投げ出したくなるのも無理はありません。
だが、多少知識や経験があるので何とかこなしていける。
大概の担当者はそう思うことでしょう。

しかし、世の中そう甘くないことを認識すべきです。

 

その道のプロは、幾多の失敗と成功を経験しているスペシャリストなのです。
そのプロの豊富な経験と高度なスキル、そして思考や感性は、多くの失敗や挫折から生まれたといっても過言ではありません。

あなたは、失敗を恐れますか？　恐れますよねプロではないので。

This dilemma closely resembles the process of making decisions that lead to effective results.

If you were assigned to make such a decision in a field outside your expertise—especially one in which you are not a professional—it would be understandable if you felt like giving up.
Yet, with a bit of knowledge and experience, you might manage to get through it somehow.
Most people in such positions would probably think that way.

However, you must recognize that the world is not so forgiving.

A true professional is a specialist who has gone through countless failures and successes.
Their wealth of experience, advanced skills, mindset, and sensibility are born from a long journey of trial and error, setbacks, and hard-earned lessons.

Do you fear failure? Of course you do—because you’re not a professional.
Do you only wish for success? Naturally—because you’re not a professional.

But there are rules for accomplishing things.
It may sound obvious, but if you have the right combination of talent, skill, equipment, capital, and personnel, success is 90% assured—
even if the remaining 10% is clouded by arrogance.

A true professional, however, can make things work even with limited resources.
With talent and skill, they can overcome a lack of equipment, stretch a tight budget, and make up for missing manpower.

If you can gain the support of such a professional—someone with true mastery in their field—the issue that’s troubling you may well have a 90% chance of success.
