Blooming Irises in Early Summer---Higashimurayama
On Sunday, June 14, 2026, we enjoyed a sightseeing tour in Higashimurayama, where we visited the beautiful
Kitayama Park Iris Garden.
Afterward, everyone took part in a traditional Japanese flower arrangement experience, known as Ikebana.
The Ikebana experience was truly a form of spiritual wellness, awakening the senses of sight, touch, and smell
while allowing participants to feel the vitality and beauty of seasonal flowers. It was a peaceful and memorable
cultural experience that connected us with the essence of Japanese tradition and nature.
Receiving Japanese iris flowers as souvenirs made the day even more special.
2026年6月14日（日）東京都東村山市内観光で北山公園菖蒲苑を訪れ、その後、日本の伝統文化
華道体験を皆様で楽しみました。生け花体験は、季節ごとに咲く花々の生命力を感じながら、視
覚、触覚、嗅覚などの感覚を呼び起こす、まさにスピリチュアル・ウエルネスそのものです。
花菖蒲のお土産も嬉しい一日でした。
